Utility Value 
As you may have noticed while going through our catalogue, that machine concept is totally new & versatile - it can make cone, a sundae dish or a cake cup. It can be used to make salted savories like cheese papads, or jeera snacks or carry cone ( salted) for salads. If you are innovative enough then  no further justification will be necessary.

Ice Cream Business

  • TASTE : The most important criteria is that Ice Cream taste better in a waffle cone than a regular cone. It does not get soggy (soft) easily in a humid climate.
  • UTILITY : It can also make a sundae dish (edible) shell for Ice Cream preparation with sauces and fruits, which either require costly disposable plastic containers or cookery.
  • ATTRACTION : No other publicity attracts more attention than 'Show Bake'. The aroma of fresh baked cones attract customers attention right outside the shop, down the street. The customers are mainly attracted to its sweet/crisp & fresh novelty.

  • NON POLLUTING : It can be easily taken as an alternative to expensive plastic packaging for serving the customers. It is completely edible, so no disposal problems.
  • FORESIGHT ON MARKET : Its potentials are enormous. The only limiting factor is its usage and customers education.
  • SPARES & ACCESSORIES : We use only standardized parts and accessories though we have not had any major problem from any of our customer so far. We normally ship any spare or accessory required within 24 hrs. If the situation so requires the spare parts are sent for by courier also. We are developing a number of accessories, basically, moulds of different shapes for further enhancing the customers appeal.
  • AFTER SALES SERVICES :Our machines are designed, with the customer in mind, it is simple to operate and use. Any problem minor /or major can be attended by a local electrician. We also have associates in major towns who attend to serious problems ( which have not occured till date). Our factory trained technician is regularly touring the market for further queries.
  • COST OF MIX : Our cost is given in our price list. We also supply ready mix, but we prefer the customer to be able to manage independently. Along with every machine we give the customer the recipe details so that he can make the mix on his own. If he prepares the mix on his own it would cost him approximately 15 to 18 rupees /Kg of finished products. ( Note regular Cone= 20 gms/ Sundae Cone = 35 gms/Sundae dish = 50 gms approx.)
