Up to 10% by wt.
Procedure:
Beat the Vegetable Fat in a planetary mixer for 5 minutes till semi-soft.
Add other ingredients slowly.
Mix at high speed for about 15 minutes till the cream is light and fluffy.
Climatic changes may require fat proportion to be changed.
