5 Soya LECITHIN Oil 240 ml
6 SODIUM BICARBONATE 10 gms
7 Salt 10 gms
8 Water 14 ltr
9 Cocoa Powder 50 gms
10 Liquid Caramel 100 ml
Procedure:
• Put the water in a "BM- 3RS ( Wafer Batter Mixer )".Add 5, 6, & 8 Ltr
• Start the "BM- 3RS ( Wafer Batter Mixer )" add the starch; and then slowly add maida little at a time
•After the wheat flour is fully mixed add the Veg. Fat
• Veg. Fat (vanaspati) and lecithin emulsion (Luke-warm preferably).
• Mix for a couple of minutes(approx. 3-10 minutes) till smooth.
• Strain through a sieve S.S.Wire mesh to remove lumps.
• The ready mix will KEEP for about 1-2 hours so prepare just sufficient quantity.
